Mr. Davila has been employed in the Public Accounting Industry since 1979. Davila Buschhorn & Associates was incorporated in 1984 and he is the President since then. He graduated from the Southwest Texas State University in 1979 with a BBA degree. He then pursued his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.He is a Certified Public Accountant-1981, a Registered Investement Advisor-1987,General Securities Representative-1987, Personal Financial Specialist-1998 and a General Securities Principal-1998. He is currently the Chairperson of the Texas State University Development Foundation Investement Committee and the Texas State University Development Foundation Board.

Lane Buschhorn has over fifteen years of auditing experience. He joined Davila, Buschhorn & Associates as a Partner in 2001. He has a Bachelors Degree from University of Texas at Dallas- 1989. He is a Certified Public Accountant- 1994. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick as a Staff Auditor, 1988-1991. His work history includes Texas Workers Compensation Insurance Fund, Vice President, 1994-1998 and PricewaterhouseCoopers,LLP, Manager, 1999-2001 before Davila, Buschhorn & Associates.
